Meet the Team
Cody Adams
CEO

Cody hails from Bullhead City Arizona, from humble beginnings. He excelled in academics and athletics, leaving his hometown and moving to the Phoenix metro area in 2008. Cody attended Arizona State University from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 on he worked in the hospitality and fitness industry and then found his home in the mortgage industry.
Cody spent 7 years at the largest mortgage company in the US, he excelled rapidly within the organization. For 6 out of the 7 years, he was a top leader in the organization, leading hundreds of loan officers to success, and building incredible lives. Mr. Adams won many awards as an originator and as a leader. His innovative thinking, passion for culture, and focus on executing led him eventually to a vice president position for his last 14 months in tenure. Coincidentally, his love for entrepreneurship was a fire that ultimately he could not tame, and made a hard decision to leave the organization and start Kinfolk Home Loans.
He is passionate about self-improvement and optimization and loves sales. He is strong-willed and opinionated so much so he has 2 podcasts on major platforms. Cody is an avid golfer, fitness lover, travel connoisseur, and loves to spend time with his friends and family.

Scott Camara

Scott was born in Anaheim California and early on ,he moved to Bullhead City. Quite the dramatic landscape change! There he met longtime friend, and CEO Cody Adams at 8 years old! 20+ years of friendship and counting! From there the two grew up together and both moved on to Phoenix in 2008 to pursue playing college football. Scotty (aka Cam) attended Arizona State University from 2009 – 2012 where graduated with BS in communications.
He dipped his toe in the working force first in the trucking and retail phone industry to build his skill set. In 2014, Scott found himself at one of Americas largest lenders for nearly a full decade winning many awards and helping thousands of clients. In that role, he mastered the refinance industry leading the company time and time again as a top performing banker. His strive to provide uncanny award-winning client service and legacy led him to want to create something of his own.
In 2022 Cam decided to team up with non-other than The CEO of kinfolk as the Chief Loan Officer. Scott will continue pave the way for new bankers that come to the company as the example. Scott lives in Chandler with his girlfriend, Kat and their dogs, which he named, scooby and simba.

Connor Cozen
CFO

Connor is Arizona born and raised. From a sports background in hockey and football into his career in leadership and finance. Started out in the heart of phoenix transitioning into the cave creek area and Rio Verde outskirts of town. Connor has lived just about everywhere in Arizona and has been helping families with their finances for almost a decade now.
Connor was a top loan originator at one of the country’s largest mortgage companies and quickly rose through the ranks into upper leadership teaching hundreds of new loan originators the tools they needed to communicate and help families all over the country. With years and years of experience it is hard to find a situation Mr. Cozen cannot handle when it comes to finance or teaching.
After a long career of teaching and originating loans his long time mentor and best friend our very own CEO Cody Adams asked him to take the leap and assist him in building Kinfolk home loans and he made the jump to assist us in building this company you know today.

Casey Fleming
CRO
Casey was born in Orange California, but moved to Bullhead City very early on at 1 years old where he grew up playing every sport imaginable. It was there where he met both the CEO and COO of Kinfolk, Cody and Scott. After graduating high school Casey went to the University of Arizona and then transferred to Arizona State University and completed his BS in biochemistry.
After a chance encounter with a mortgage professional, Casey put his passion for science aside and jumped into the mortgage world. What he did not put aside however, was his inquisitiveness and analytical skills. He needed to know how everything works and was not satisfied specializing in any one field. He quickly worked his way up through operations before moving to a client facing role.
If it has to do with a mortgage, Casey has done it; processing, underwriting, closing, title, loan officer, loan officer assistant, you name it. Casey currently resides in Phoenix with his girlfriend Shannon, their daughter Sabella and their dog Bolt.
Eddy Castellano
President of Risk
Born in Romania, Eddy made the leap to the United States in the early ’90s. Childhood was a unique blend of living on-site while his parents managed a motel – an experience that became his crash course in customer service and hospitality from the 3rd grade through high school.
Post college at ASU, Eddy kicked off his career in the medical field, spending five years in healthcare. He pivoted into finance, which was a true calling, where he’s been making a difference for over a decade.
Eddy spent almost a decade with one of the giants in retail lending, snagging awards and climbing the ranks. He took on a leadership role, steering a team of high-level bankers where he had the pleasure of working together with Kinfolk’s CEO Cody.
Now, stoked to be part of the Kinfolk family, drawn by the mission Cody, Connor, and Scott set forth.
Tomer Greenfeld
Vice President of Growth

Originally from the Southern coast of Israel, Tomer and his family moved to the United States when he was four years old to West Virginia. Later, Tomer would move to Queens, New York where he spent most of his childhood.
Tomer moved to Phoenix Arizona when was 14 years old and his love for entrepreneurship and helping others started around that age as well. People are his passion, so you will always find him helping others and motivating those around him to be the best version of themselves. Outside of Kinfolk Home Loans, Tomer likes to spend his time golfing with friends, at the gym or playing piano.
Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Tomer was a top performer at a private real estate brokerage in Manhattan specializing in luxury rentals and sales in the Upper East Side.

R.K. Glover

RK is a fresh face to Arizona, but no stranger to moving and adapting to change. He was born in New York City, his family later moved to New Jersey, and then to Minnesota. Upon graduating high school, RK moved to Ohio to play college basketball and compete in Track & field. Since graduating college, he found the mortgage industry and hasn’t looked back!
RK is a passionate and highly accomplished senior leader with extensive experience building, developing, and leading world class sales teams and leaders for 12 years at America’s largest retail mortgage lender. At his prior employer, RK led groups in all 3 major business verticals at the organization, in addition to being a key Senior leader in a variety of successful enterprise initiatives. In each leadership role he demonstrated award winning results, world class team member, client, and business partner experience, and growth in profitability and revenue.
RK met Cody (CEO), Scott (COO), and Connor (CFO) working together at their prior employer and they clicked immediately. Though they lived thousands of miles apart, RK and Cody stayed close over the years connecting on everything from business and fitness, to politics, personal excellence, and cars. Shortly after founding Kinfolk Home Loans, the company began to see significant success and growth during a time where most mortgage companies were struggling. It was apparent they were on to something special.
RK always had entrepreneurship in his blood – After some discussion and seeing a major opportunity to work at a special company with incredible people, RK, his wife Alissa, and their daughter Viviana made the decision to pack up their life in Ohio and move across the country to Arizona and help build Kinfolk Home Loans!

Cameron Delafuente

Cameron was born and raised in Cave Creek, Arizona back when dirt roads and horse ranches were prevalent. Following his high school graduation, he pursued a dual major in Finance and Homeland Security at Arizona State University. Inspired by his brother and father, he embarked on a path to serve in the Marine Corps, though his service was cut short by injuries sustained during training.
Afterward, Cam forged a career in the financial services industry, initially as a broker and director at the world’s largest investment firm. His journey led him to become a loan officer at one of the largest lenders, where he not only established himself as one of the top-performing individuals but also garnered numerous awards while assisting hundreds of clients.

Nelly was born in Los Angeles California and raised in Oakland before he ventured off into the valley of Phoenix Arizona in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in communications at Arizona State. Cesar Miranda

Cesar is a Phoenix native, born and raised. A lot of his childhood was spent with his father and brother on their family farm. If he wasn’t working with his father, you could find him playing baseball; primarily pitching to a strike zone that was spray painted on the wall. Soon enough Cesar found that he enjoyed working and serving people at a young age. As soon as he could, he stopped working on the family farm, primarily to escape the 100+ degree weather, and went to work selling sneakers part-time.
Cesar sold sneakers through high school and transitioned to a bank teller role while he attended Grand Canyon University. Quickly, he rose the ranks and became the youngest banker at the company and never looked back. He switched his degree from Computer Science to Finance as he found a passion for serving people and providing real financial solutions. At this point, he has been apart of the lending/finance industry for nearly a decade and only expects to invest more time into making a real impact by committing to genuine service and improving the client’s lives.
